Annemarie’s Cookbooks

Ever since her childhood in Germany, Annemarie has been creating recipes and devising original dishes. One of her earliest food memories is making caramel, and, to this day, she can’t imagine how it turned out right since she had never read any instructions for its preparation. But Annemarie is convinced that, “True chefs have an innate understanding of food preparation, and, for them, there’s nothing else in life that they can or want to do.” Annemarie knew, as a youngster, that she had to be a chef. And anyone who’s been a guest at Annemarie’s Dining Room, or has prepared any of her recipes is grateful to the epicurean hand of fate! Two of Chef Annemarie’s cookbooks are currently available:
