Annemarie’s Demonstration Class is taught the first Saturday of each month. In this four-hour session, students observe Chef Annemarie as she prepares a complete three-course dinner, with thorough commentary on each step of the process. Menus change each month, per season. A wide range of food preparations is demonstrated.

No matter what the style of cuisine, particular dish or range of ingredients, all lessons are packed with useful tips and techniques, step-by-step instructions and thorough explanations. Students learn to create not only the specific dishes covered in that class (for which they’ll receive printed recipes), but additional dishes using the same basic techniques and familiar ingredients. After roughly three hours of demo instruction, students will be rewarded with the pleasure of dining on the meal they’ve just seen prepared.
