Maggie’s Pinky Girl Mousse

2 cups pureed strawberries
1/2 cup raspberry syrup
2 cups heavy cream
1 package gelatin
Blend strawberries and raspberry syrup. Soften gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water and dissolve in a water bath.
Whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks then add the dissolved gelatin and mix. Add pureed strawberries and mix.
Pour the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate until set.
