2 cups milk
6 egg yolks
seed of 1/2 vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 packages gelatin softened in
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

2 cups pureed strawberries
1/2 cup raspberry syrup
2 cups heavy cream
1 package gelatin
